This therapy is based on the fact that our modern sedentary lifestyle has resulted in poor posture.
When poor posture develops into a habit, the body’s muscles adapt and develop unnatural bio mechanics. The connective tissues in the body can form thick plates. These plates are known as fascia. The fascia serves to reinforce the poor posture and adds to the muscular imbalance. This can also affect the skeletal system.
The purpose of this therapy is to break down these fascial restrictions and restructure the muscles to improve posture. This in turn can also improve general health.
Postural correction technique aims to restructure and realign the body with its centre of gravity.
